I placed an order for an eBook or Audiobook but haven't received it. How do I get my books?
Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered via a fulfillment service called Bookfunnel immediately after purchase to the email used at checkout. If you don't see your products in your email (please check your spam folder) go to https://bookfunnel.com/help to contact bookfunnel support for help getting your products. Contacting them directly is the most efficient way because they can troubleshoot the issue happening with your specific email or device and make sure you get your books in the most timely manner. 

 

I ordered a set of paperbacks and haven't received them yet. When will they get to me?All paperbacks are signed by the author and shipped with bookmarks via USPS. It can take up to five business days to ship and then a week or more to deliver. You will be sent a USPS tracking code when the products ship. If it's been more than a week and you haven't received a tracking code, drop us a note at customerservice@genevievejack.com

 

I ordered paperbacks and would like them personalized to a specific name. How do I do that?
Immediately after purchase, please send requests for personalization to customerservice@genevievejack.com.
